Registration

Intergrowth Open
Online registration is open through Friday, May 3, 2019. Early bird pricing (a $200 savings) is available now through Wednesday, February 27, 2019.

Pay Check

The online registration process requires payment by credit card. If you would prefer to pay by check, please contact events@acg.org for a hard copy registration form.

Fee Includes
An InterGrowth registration includes admission to all conference meals, sessions, and official InterGrowth events and receptions, including ACG Capital Connection.
Co-Worker
Each ACG membership is issued on an individual basis and is non-transferrable. Only an ACG member may benefit from the discounted member registration rate.
Applied to Join

Several ACG chapters require members to undergo an approval process prior to joining the chapter. Since an ACG member ID number is necessary to obtain the member registration price for InterGrowth, pending applicants should register for InterGrowth at the non-member price. Once you have been notified of your approval by the chapter and issued an ACG member ID number, please send an email to acg@showcare.com with that number. ACG will then honor the member rate for you and issue a refund for the difference between that price and what you previously paid as a non-member.

Who can attend

There are no restrictions on who can attend InterGrowth. The program and networking opportunities are designed to benefit all middle-market professionals including, but not limited to, private equity executives, investment bankers, lenders, corporate strategic acquirers, privately-held business owners and service providers. While ACG members benefit from a discounted registration rate, InterGrowth is not restricted to members.
*Please note: Children under the age of 18 are not allowed at conference events/activities.

Host Table

There are a several options for hosting a table during InterGrowth: Sponsorship, Reserved Remote Offices, ACG DealSource and ACG Capital Connection.

  • Sponsorship – Select sponsors will receive designated table space in the InterGrowth Lounge. Additional sponsorship benefits vary by level. There are no eligibility requirements to sponsor at InterGrowth. Contact Christine Melendes at cmelendes@acg.org for more information.
  • Remote Offices – Consider this your dedicated table for the entire conference, providing you with a simple solution to hold meetings throughout the event. There is a limited supply of tables, so be sure to secure yours early. Contact Christine Melendes at cmelendes@acg.org for more information.
  • ACG Capital Connection – During ACG Capital Connection, 130+ private equity firms each host a table over the course of a two and a half-hour reception that all InterGrowth registrants are invited to attend. To host a table, a firm must meet specific criteria and receive approval from ACG prior to participating. A separate application and participation fee is required to exhibit during this event.   • ACG DealSource – During ACG DealSource, investment bankers host private one-on-one meetings with private equity firms participating in ACG Capital Connection. To host a table, a firm must meet specific criteria and receive approval from ACG prior to participating. A separate application and participation fee is required to exhibit during this event. Confirmation
Yes. If you register using the online registration system, you will receive an email confirmation immediately after your registration has been submitted. If you choose to mail or fax your registration form, you will receive your confirmation email after your registration and payment have been received and processed by our registration staff.
Colleague Replace
ACG will accept name changes at no charge up until Friday, May 3, 2019. To change the name on your registration, please send an email to acg@showcare.com with the name of the individual who will be taking your place. Please also include the new attendee's contact information for follow-up information. After Friday, May 3, 2019, no online name change requests will be processed. If you need to make a substitution after that date, your colleague must bring a written substitution request (on company letterhead) with your authorization for the change to the InterGrowth registration desk at the host hotel. A $350 name change fee will be required for all on-site substitutions. Please note: registration substitution (i.e., name change) does not automatically change the corresponding hotel reservation. Spouse
A companion may register to attend the conference for $295. This registration will include admission to keynote sessions and evening receptions. Please note: companions will not be permitted in the InterGrowth Lounge, nor will they be permitted to participate in the recreational activities. Colleagues are not permitted to register at the companion rate, and all companion registrations require ACG approval. Please contact Kelly Butler at kbutler@acg.org or 312-957-4282.

Press Registration

InterGrowth welcomes professional editorial staff (including photographers and camera crews) of print, online and broadcast media to attend on a complimentary basis. Media is defined as those whose sole professional focus is working for a news media organization to report and publish news articles. Other publications staff (non-editorial positions, such as publishers, advertising directors and advertising representatives) must register or pay the standard exhibitor fee. Members of the media interested and eligible to obtain press registrations should contact Karen Craven at kcraven@acg.org to register.

What is the cancellation policy for InterGrowth 2019?
ACG must receive all cancellations in writing via email at acg@showcare.com.

Cancellations received on or before 5:00 p.m. Central on Wednesday, April 3 will be refunded in full. No refunds will be granted after that time.

Please note the cancellation deadline for ACG Capital Connection and ACG DealSource tables is also Wednesday, April 3, in order to receive a full refund. After this date, no refunds will be issued.

General Programming

Dress Code
We want you to be comfortable so you can enjoy your meeting experience. Therefore, business casual dress (i.e., khakis and blazers for men, dresses or pantsuits for women) is strongly encouraged.
Child Care
Child care will not be provided by ACG but we encourage you to check with the host hotel to see if they can assist you.
Transporation
Complimentary transportation will be provided to any official ACG event that takes place off property.
