Answers WORTH Knowing
Yesterday (March 3, 2020), the United States Federal Reserve recognized the risk that the coronavirus has on our economy. Today, and for the months to come, the impact of COVID-19 will remain fluid.
As of today, we intend to hold InterGrowth as planned.
Our commitment to measure and mitigate risk at our events for our members and attendees is steadfast. ACG is an organization built on networking. With more than 1,100 events annually, your health is paramount to our success.
We are monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Canadian Public Health Services and World Health Organization (WHO) response to and guidance about the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). ACG will follow the WHO’s services guidance about managing business events accordingly.
As the United States Federal Reserve addressed yesterday, “the fundamentals of the U.S. economy remain strong. However, the coronavirus poses evolving risks to economic activity”. If those risks extend to the health and safety of InterGrowth attendees, then we will swiftly change course and quickly communicate that decision. In the event of InterGrowth’s cancellation, your registration is refundable.
ACG recommends that all ACG event attendees follow the respective national agencies’ travel guidance, including if you become ill to abstain from travel and not participate in public events.
If an ACG event cancellation is warranted, ACG will communicate via email. As such, please take a moment to ensure your contact information is current by visiting the InterGrowth event portal. Please contact email@example.com with additional questions.

Several ACG chapters require members to undergo an approval process prior to joining the chapter. Since an ACG member ID number is necessary to obtain the member registration price for InterGrowth, pending applicants should register for InterGrowth at the non-member price. Once you have been notified of your approval by the chapter and issued an ACG member ID number, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with that number. ACG will then honor the member rate for you and issue a refund for the difference between that price and what you previously paid as a non-member.
There are no restrictions on who can attend InterGrowth. The program and networking opportunities are designed to benefit all middle-market professionals including, but not limited to, private equity executives, investment bankers, lenders, corporate strategic acquirers, business owners and service providers. While ACG members benefit from a discounted registration rate, InterGrowth is not restricted to members.
