Registration Open for InterGrowth 2020
InterGrowth registration launches on Tuesday, December 3, 2019.
Wednesday Executive Sessions
Attendees interested in the Wednesday Executive Sessions can indicate their interest during the registration process. No additional fee is required. Participation in executive programming may be subject to verification and approval. Learn more about the program by visiting the Executive Sessions page.
Key InterGrowth Registration and Housing Deadlines

Early Bird Discount Registration Rate: Through Wednesday, February 12, 2020
Regular Registration Rate: Thursday, February 13, 2020 – Friday, April 17, 2020
On-Site Registration Rate: Saturday, April 18, 2020 – Wednesday, April 22, 2020

Pending Membership Status

Several ACG chapters require members to undergo an approval process prior to joining the chapter. Since an ACG member ID number is necessary to obtain the member registration price for InterGrowth, pending applicants should register for InterGrowth at the non-member price. Once you have been notified of your approval by the chapter and issued an ACG member ID number, please send an email to acg@showcare.com with that number. ACG will then honor the member rate for you and issue a refund for the difference between that price and what you previously paid as a non-member.

Who Can Attend InterGrowth

There are no restrictions on who can attend InterGrowth. The program and networking opportunities are designed to benefit all middle-market professionals including, but not limited to, private equity executives, investment bankers, lenders, corporate strategic acquirers, business owners and service providers. While ACG members benefit from a discounted registration rate, InterGrowth is not restricted to members.
*Please note: Children under the age of 18 are not allowed at conference events/activities.

Included in Cost of Registration
The registration fee includes access to the InterGrowth Lounge, ACG Capital Connection®, conference meals, sessions and all other official InterGrowth events. (Recreation and hotel costs are not included)
Host a Table
There are several options for hosting a table during InterGrowth: Sponsorship, Reserved Remote Office Tables, ACG DealSource® and ACG Capital Connection®.

Sponsorship – Select sponsors will receive designated table space in the InterGrowth Lounge. Additional sponsorship benefits vary by level. There are no eligibility requirements to sponsor InterGrowth.

Reserved Remote Offices – Consider this your dedicated table for the entire conference, providing you with a simple solution to hold meetings throughout the event. There is a limited supply of tables, so be sure to secure yours early.

ACG Capital Connection® – During ACG Capital Connection®, private equity firms each host a table over the course of a three-hour reception open to all InterGrowth attendees. To host a table, a firm must meet specific criteria and receive approval from ACG prior to participating. A separate application and participation fee is required to exhibit during this event. Please see the ACG Capital Connection® page for details.

ACG DealSource® – During ACG DealSource®, open during InterGrowth Lounge hours and located within the InterGrowth Lounge, investment bankers host private one-on-one meetings with private equity firms participating in ACG Capital Connection. To host a table, a firm must meet specific criteria and receive approval from ACG prior to participating. A separate application and participation fee are required to exhibit during this event. Confirmation Email
If you register using the online registration system, you will receive an email confirmation immediately after your registration has been submitted. If you choose to mail your registration form, you will receive your confirmation email after your registration and payment have been received and processed by our registration staff. Please contact Showcare at acg@showcare.com if a confirmation email doesn’t arrive within 24 hours.
Colleague Replacement
ACG will accept name changes at no charge up until Friday, April 17, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. CST. To change the name on your registration, please send an email to acg@showcare.com with the name of the individual who will be taking your place. Please also include the new attendee's contact information for follow-up information.
After Friday, April 17, 2020, no online name change requests will be processed. If you need to make a substitution after that date, your colleague must bring a written substitution request (on company letterhead) to the InterGrowth registration center. A $350 name change fee will be required for all on-site substitutions. Please note: registration substitution (i.e., name change) does not automatically change the corresponding hotel reservation. InterGrowth Companion Rate
A companion may register to attend the conference for $295. This registration will include admission to keynote sessions and evening receptions. Please note: Companions will not be permitted in the InterGrowth Lounge, nor will they be permitted to participate in recreational activities. Colleagues are not permitted to register at the companion rate. All companion registrations require ACG approval. Please contact events@acg.org with your request.
Press Registration
All requests for media credentials must be approved by Karen Craven, kcraven@acg.org or (312) 957-4268.
InterGrowth Cancellation Policy
ACG must receive all cancellations in writing via email at acg@showcare.com. Cancellations received on or before 5:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, will be refunded in full. No refunds will be granted after that time and no application of registration fees will be applied to future events hosted by ACG chapters or ACG Global. Please note the cancellation deadline for ACG Capital Connection® and ACG DealSource® tables is also Tuesday, March 17, 2020, in order to receive a full refund. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
Childcare
Childcare will not be provided by ACG, but you’re encouraged to check with the ARIA to see if they can assist you.
Transportation
Complimentary transportation will be provided to any official ACG events that take place off the property.

The ARIA Resort & Casino will not accept reservation requests in the InterGrowth room block by phone or online.
To avoid housing scams, InterGrowth attendees should secure their hotel reservations during the InterGrowth registration process ONLY. Please do not book your reservation through any third-party vendor. For complete details on housing scams, view the information sheet.
Discounted Room Rates at the ARIA
The discounted rate for the event is $219.00 per night (not including tax and resort fees).
Make Hotel Reservation
InterGrowth attendees must secure accommodations in the ACG hotel room block while registering for InterGrowth 2020. The ARIA Resort & Casino will not accept direct hotel reservation requests for the InterGrowth room block by phone or online. Reservations within the InterGrowth room block are managed by Showcare, ACG’s official housing provider. Once reservations are confirmed, the only way to modify or cancel reservations is through the registration/housing portal.

Reservation Without Credit Card

All hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card with an expiration date beyond the checkout date.

Hotel Confirmation

Attendees receive a reservation “acknowledgment” email from Showcare within 24 hours from receipt of the housing request. A final hotel reservation confirmation will be emailed to you approximately 14 days prior to the conference directly from the ARIA Resort & Casino.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Rooms within the InterGrowth room block at the ARIA Resort & Casino are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. Booking with outside travel sites and/or through the hotel may result in different terms and conditions.
Adjust Reservation Dates
Visit your attendee portal to make changes to your hotel reservation. Portal details can be found in your confirmation email. You can also email acg@showcare.com with questions.
Name Change for Reservation
An InterGrowth registration name change IS NOT automatically transferred to a correlated hotel reservation. If prior to March 26, 2020, Showcare will assist with the housing change when making the registration change. After April 2, 2020, you will need to contact the hotel directly to change the reservation. No changes can be made March 26 - April 2, 2020, while reservations are being processed by the hotel. ACG is not responsible for any hotel no-show penalties.
