ACG Capital Connection Schedule
MONDAY, APRIL 24
Set Up: 5:00–5:30 p.m.
- All participating firms will have access to their tables to set up for the reception.
- Boxes shipped to the advanced warehouse will be available at your table.
Reception: 5:30–7:30 p.m.
- InterGrowth Opening Reception featuring ACG Capital Connection
- Exhibitor are required to staff their tables during the reception.
Dismantle: 7:30–8:00 p.m.
- Exhibitors must pack up their materials and coordinate outbound shipping.
What Should I Bring?
Below is a list of what is included with your table as well as recommendations for what to bring to the event:
Items provided in your booth, per exhibitor:
- (1) Table (4’ long x 30″ wide x 42” tall) with a white linen
- Company identification sign
- (2) Padded stools
- 200 lbs. of material handling
Popular items for exhibitors to bring for their tables include:
- Acquisition criteria leaflets
- Corporate brochures
- Products from portfolio companies
- Deal announcements
- Portfolio company details
- Business cards
- Partner resumes
Pop-up banners and glass items are not permitted.
Please note, the ACG Capital Connection price includes one individual registration for the conference. If colleagues will be joining you, they must be registered for the conference. Online registration is available at www.intergrowth.org/registration. If you have questions about which employees of your firm are currently signed up, please email email@example.com.
Included in the ACG Capital Connection registration price is 200 lbs. of material handling covered by ACG. (Material handling covers the movement of shipments from hotel receiving location to your ACG Capital Connection table).
If you choose to ship any items for your table, ACG and our partner Freeman will oversee the transmission of those items to your table on the day of the event. Please note, if you authorize Freeman and ACG to handle your shipment, you will not have access to your boxes until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 24.

ACG DealSource Meetings Scheduling Timeline
As a participant in ACG Capital Connection, you are eligible for dedicated meetings with investment banks during ACG DealSource. All official ACG DealSource meetings must be scheduled in the ACG DealSource Meeting Scheduler.

Please refer to the below timeline for scheduling meetings.
Monday, March 6: ACG DealSource Meeting Scheduler Opens
- Eligible investment banks and private equity groups may log in to the online scheduling software to schedule and confirm meetings.
Friday, March 17: ACG DealSource Meeting Scheduler Closes
- This will be the last day to schedule and confirm meetings in the ACG DealSource Meeting Scheduler. After March 17, the meeting scheduler will be closed, and all parties are encouraged to log in and print their final schedules.
Monday, April 24–Wednesday, April 26: ACG DealSource at InterGrowth 2017
Instructions for Setting Appointments in the ACG DealSource Meeting Scheduler
Once you log into the ACG DealSource Meeting Scheduler, please follow the instructions below to request and confirm meetings.
My Schedule – View your current confirmed schedule.
Reserve Time Slots – If there are any times that you are unavailable for meetings, select the “Reserve Timeslot” tab and click on the white circle next to the time slot. An orange check will appear as a result. Then select “Save Timeslots”. This will prevent unwanted appointments from being scheduled during these times.
TIP: Meetings will take place Monday, April 24 – Wednesday, April 26. Please block off times you are unavailable (i.e., travel times, education sessions, etc.).
Make Requests – To make new meeting requests, please select the “Make Requests” tab of the application. To select firms that you would like to meet with, please click the “request” button beside each firm’s name.
Confirming Appointments – To see the appointment requests you’ve received, please select the “Confirm Appointments” tab at the top of the page. This will display the names of all firms that have requested a meeting with you. To confirm the appointment, please select “accept” and then select the “+” next to the time slot you would like to reserve. This will convert the appointment to “confirmed.”
My Profile – If you would like to include more information about your firm, click on “My Profile” on the top bar of the page.
TIP: In order for a meeting to be confirmed, one party must request the meeting and the other party must confirm.
It is recommended that you log in multiple times between March 6-17 to view your appointment requests and confirmations.
