Reservations

What is the official hotel and venue for InterGrowth 2019?
There are two hotels that will host InterGrowth 2019. Both are on the same property and connect to the conference space.

What are the discounted room rates at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando and Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek?
Waldorf Astoria Orlando, Guest Room: $304.00 per night plus tax
Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, Guest Room: $254.00 per night plus tax
How do I make a hotel reservation?

Attendees must first complete their InterGrowth Registration. Once submitted, all registered attendees can book their rooms. Each registrant will be prompted to reserve one hotel guest room in the InterGrowth 2019 room blocks, as available. ACG encourages all attendees to reserve their rooms as soon as possible to better ensure availability. If you have exited the portal, please reference your registration confirmation email.

All reservations in the InterGrowth room block are managed exclusively by Showcare (ACG’s official housing provider). To avoid housing scams, InterGrowth attendees should secure their hotel reservations during the registration process ONLY. Please do not book your reservation through any third-party vendor. Can I book more than one room?

No. Each InterGrowth registrant is able to reserve only one hotel room within the ACG room block at the negotiated group rate.

I am member of the ACG Global Board of Directors. Do I make my own hotel reservation?

Thank you for being an ACG board member! Like all other attendees, all ACG board of director members are responsible for registering for InterGrowth and making their own hotel reservation. ACG board members can reserve a room at the host hotel during the Intergrowth registration process. Hotel rooms have been held for all board members so that each member can reserve a room at their leisure. Please make all reservations before Wednesday, April 3, 2019. Who do I contact with general housing questions or issues?

Why can’t I make a reservation directly with the hotel?
To reserve a hotel room, you must first register for InterGrowth. Once you have reached the confirmation page of the InterGrowth registration website, you can proceed to the hotel reservations page. If you have already registered for InterGrowth, please refer to your registration confirmation email for a link to the registration portal.
Can I make a hotel reservation through the InterGrowth Housing website without a credit card to guarantee my reservation?
No, all hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card with an expiration date beyond the checkout date.
What if I don’t check in on my scheduled arrival date?
If you do not check in to your hotel on your scheduled arrival date, the hotel will cancel your entire reservation and can choose not to reinstate your reservation, even if you arrive the next day. You will also be charged the penalty of the cost of one night's room and tax, regardless of whether or not the hotel chooses to reinstate your reservation.
Will I receive a hotel confirmation number after booking my hotel through the InterGrowth Reservations website?
All hotel reservations made through the InterGrowth registration website are managed by Showcare (ACG’s Official Housing Provider). A final hotel reservation confirmation will be emailed to you approximately 14 days prior to the conference.

Cancellations

What are the reservation cancellation policies?
Cancellation policies vary. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. In general, most reservations have a 72-hour cancellation policy.
How do I change or cancel my hotel reservation?

I just cancelled my InterGrowth registration. What happens to my hotel reservation?

If you cancel your InterGrowth registration, the corresponding hotel reservation will be canceled as well.

Changes

I just made a name change for an InterGrowth registration. Can I change the name on the hotel reservation, as well?

Registration substitution does not automatically change the corresponding hotel reservation. The substituting attendee will need to contact Showcare at acg@showcare.com with proof of the name change (email confirmation) to complete a new hotel reservation and submit a new credit card to secure the reservation.ACG is not responsible for any hotel no-show penalty.

I want to arrive earlier/stay later than the system is showing as available. How can I adjust my reservation?
