InterGrowth Conference registration is required before an attendee can book a reservation in the official InterGrowth room block at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. Please direct any questions on the policy to events@acg.org.

The Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina will not accept reservation requests in the InterGrowth room block by phone call or online.
All reservations in the InterGrowth room block are managed by ShowCare (ACG’s official housing provider) until the official housing deadline of Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. ET. After this date, all reservations will be processed, and no changes can be made until  April 11, 2018. At that time, you will need to contact the hotel directly to change and/or cancel your reservation.


Additional rooms are also contracted at the Marriott San Diego Gaslamp and Omni San Diego Hotels.

Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina Run of House Guest Room: $269.00 per night (plus tax)
Marriott San Diego Gaslamp Run of House Guest Room: $239.00 per night (plus tax)

Can I make my hotel reservation now?

Attendees must first complete their InterGrowth Registration. Once submitted, all registered attendees can book their rooms. Each registrant receives access to reserve one hotel guest room in the InterGrowth 2018 room blocks, as available. ACG encourages all attendees to reserve their rooms as soon as possible to better ensure availability.

How do I make a hotel reservation?

STEP 1: Register for InterGrowth 2018.
STEP 2: You will be prompted to book your housing in the registration portal. If you have exited the portal, please reference your registration confirmation email, or visit ACG's Attendee Resource Center and log in to be directed to the InterGrowth Hotel Reservations Website.

All official InterGrowth activities begin on Wednesday, May 2, 2018. Rooms are being held at the discounted rate of $269.00/ night at the Marriott Marquis San Diego (host hotel). Should you wish to arrive early, additional rooms have been secured at the Marriott Gaslamp Hotel and the Omni San Diego Hotel for Tuesday, May 1. ACG recommends reserving the additional night then moving over to the host hotel on Wednesday, May 2. After you register for the conference and during the hotel reservation process, a box with the ability to reserve May 1 at one of the overflow hotels will be on the left side of the screen.

Mailed Registrations: If you have registered by mailing in your registration form, you will receive a confirmation email that contains a link to the resource center, as well as your login credentials.

What type of guest rooms are available to reserve?

InterGrowth attendees and sponsors are eligible to reserve run of house guest rooms. Suites, upgraded guest rooms and hospitality suites are available by request. If you are interested in an upgrade, please contact ACG at events@acg.org.

Can I book more than one room?

No. Each InterGrowth registrant is able to reserve only one hotel room within the ACG room block at the negotiated group rate.

I am member of the ACG Global Board of Directors. Do I make my own hotel reservation?

All ACG Board of Director members are responsible for registering for InterGrowth 2018 and making a hotel room reservation at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. ACG Board Members are able to reserve a hotel room at the Marriott Marquis during the Intergrowth 2018 registration process. Hotel rooms have been held for all board members so that each member can go into the system and reserve a hotel room at his/her leisure. Please make all reservations prior to Wednesday, March 28, 2018. Please contact sbuenik@acg.org with questions.

Who do I contact with general housing questions or issues?

Please direct all of your housing questions and issues to Showcare (ACG’s Official Housing Provider) at acg@showcare.com or by calling 514-228-3074 or toll-free at 866-999-3032. Your reservation is guaranteed against the credit card given when making your reservation. The hotel will receive all reservation information on Wednesday, March 28, 2018. After this date, your card will be charged an advanced deposit of one night’s room and tax, which will be credited to your folio upon arrival.

What are the reservation cancellation policies?
Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina Cancellation Policy: The hotel requires all reservations be guaranteed with a deposit equal to one night's room and tax. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the hotel shall refund the deposit provided notice of cancellation is given 24 hours prior to arrival.
Marriott San Diego Gaslamp Quarter Cancellation Policy: Any reservations that are cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged a one night and tax cancellation fee.
Omni Cancellation Policy: A one night non-refundable deposit will be charged on April 9. Any reservations that are cancelled will lose their one night deposit. Any reservations that are cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged a two-night and tax cancellation fee. Any no shows will be charged two-nights room and tax.
How do I change or cancel my hotel reservation?

I called the hotel to make a reservation, and they told me to call ACG for approval.

The Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina, the Marriott San Diego Gaslamp Quarter, and the Omni San Diego will not accept reservation requests in the InterGrowth room blocks by phone or online.
To reserve a hotel room, you must first register for InterGrowth. Once you have reached the confirmation page of the InterGrowth Registration website, you will be passed through to the secured Hotel Reservations website.
If you have already registered for InterGrowth, you should log back into the InterGrowth Attendee Resource Center to access the secured Hotel Reservations website.

I just made a name change for an InterGrowth registration. Can I change the name on the hotel reservation, as well?

Registration substitution (i.e., name change) does not automatically change the corresponding hotel reservation. The substituting attendee will need to contact ShowCare at acg@showcare.com with proof of the name change (email confirmation) to complete a new hotel reservation and submit a new credit card to secure the reservation.
ACG is not responsible for any hotel no-show penalty.

I just cancelled my InterGrowth registration. What happens to my hotel reservation?

If you cancel your InterGrowth conference registration, ACG will cancel the corresponding hotel reservation.
If someone is taking your place, please complete a name change. See above.

Can I make a hotel reservation through the InterGrowth Housing website without a credit card to guarantee my reservation?
No, all hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
What if I don’t check in on my scheduled arrival date?
If you do not check in to your hotel on your scheduled arrival date, the hotel will cancel your entire reservation and can choose not to reinstate your reservation, even if you arrive the next day. You will also be charged the penalty of the cost of one night's room and tax, regardless of whether or not the hotel chooses to reinstate your reservation.
Can I contact the hotel directly to make a hotel reservation at ACG’s discounted rates or to change my existing reservation?

No. To obtain ACG’s discounted room rates, new reservations and changes must be made through ShowCare, the official housing provider for InterGrowth 2018. ShowCare can be reached at acg@showcare.com or by phone at 514-228-3074 or toll-free 866-999-3032.

Will I receive a hotel confirmation number after booking my hotel through the InterGrowth Reservations website?
All hotel reservations made through the InterGrowth Reservations website are managed by ShowCare, the official housing provider for InterGrowth. A final hotel confirmation will be emailed to you 14 days prior to the conference confirming your reservation.
I want to arrive earlier/stay later than the system is showing as available. How can I adjust my reservation?
